Đầu tiên, rửa sạch ớt chuông, bỏ cuống, cắt đôi ra rồi bỏ hạt.
Rửa sạch, bóc vỏ sạch tôm, sau đó ướp với 1 muỗng sốt BBQ cùng 1/4 muỗng cà phê tiêu và 1/2 muỗng cà phê muối.
Tiếp đến, cho 1 muỗng cà phê tỏi băm vào chung với phô mai mozzarella, trộn đều.
Cho phô mai vào trong lòng của ớt, nén thật chặt tay. Sau đó, đặt tôm đã ướp lên trên.
Dùng thịt xông khói, cuộn quanh phần tôm và ớt. Cố định bằng xiên nướng thịt hoặc que tăm.
Nướng trên vỉ trong 10 phút cho đến khi thấy thịt chín vàng đều. Pha 1 muỗng cà phê sốt BBQ với 1 muỗng canh tương ớt, 1/4 muỗng cà phê tiêu rồi phết lên trên miếng thịt. Nướng tiếp trong 3 phút để miếng thịt được vàng óng.
